♥Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

♥Guests are responsible for keeping the house and property clean and tidy during their stay. Please be mindful of any messes or damages caused during your stay.

♥Any lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee of $50 per key.

♥Please do not move any furniture or artwork within the house without prior approval from the host.

♥Please do not use any candles or other open flames inside the house.

♣Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
